Application Engineer (m/f/d) Hose Lining

Starting immediately, we are looking for an experienced and committed application engineer (m/f/d) for hose lining.

Why does the role exist?

You ensure that that our pipe liners and resin systems are reliably and a compliant with standards evaluated – as a basis for series approvals, approvals and stable quality in the application. In addition you transfer testing – and process knowledge selectively to real installations at the customer’s site, so that laboratory, production and construction site interact seamlessly with each other.

The diverse range of responsibilities includes among other things:

  • Mechanical/physical tests on a laboratory scale
  • Process simulation, such as curing tests (UV/steam/hot water)
  • Analysis & documentation: Data collection, Test reports, Contributions to initial samples & series approvals
  • Construction site support: Installation, commissioning, and support for built-in components
  • Process & Quality Assurance: Monitoring/Documentation
  • Troubleshooting & Training: Analysis of processing problems, training courses for customers/partners on best practices, occupational safety & material handling

The following experience and skills should be part of your profile:

  • Technician/master craftsman or industrial-technical training (plastics, materials, chemistry, process or mechanical engineering) with testing experience
  • Practice in hose lining/CIPP or in trenchless pipe rehabilitation
  • Experience in the testing of materials/components (composites or CIPP of advantage)
  • Initial handling of testing machines (e.g., compression/bending test benches)
  • Careful and structured working methods
  • Willingness to travel

Electronics technician (m/f/d) for operational technology

Starting immediately, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated electronics technician (m/f/d) for operations engineering . The diverse range of tasks includes among other things:

  • Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician for operational technology or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in an industrial environment is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, desirable in control and automation technology; DGUV V3 inspections; Experience with PLC controls is an advantage
  • Independent working, technical understanding, solution-oriented and precise working methods
  • Confident use of MS Office

  • Maintenance and repair of production machinery, as well as assembly and disassembly, maintenance of machine parts and equipment
  • Manufacture and assembly of components using a wide range of metalworking techniques
  • Performing regular maintenance work in accordance with the specifications of maintenance- and inspection plans
  • Analyzing of vulnerabilities and vulnerability elimination after consultation

The following experience and skills should be part of your profile:

  • Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, mechanical engineer, metalworker or similar
  • Knowledge of metal construction and metalworking techniques desirable (e.g., turning, welding, etc.)
