SMART REFURBISHED.
SOLTA®LINER | CIPP Liner by RÖDERS.Hoses for trenchless sewer rehabilitation (CIPP).
SOLTA®LINER
Manufactured by us, used worldwide.
The technique of needle punching or needle felting has been in use for decades and has been continuously perfected by us. In this process, special felting needles pierce through the layers of fibers, altering their natural arrangement and leading to compaction.
Needle felting is a mechanical process that does not require the addition of adhesives or the fusion of fibers. Our SOLTA®TEC needle felt is widely used in the industry.

INNOVATIVE – TRENCHLESS – EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANT
Quality is no coincidence with us.
Our commitment to quality is based on three pillars: Research, Partnership, and Trust.
Technological Research.
Through our longstanding membership in the German Society for Trenchless Technology (GSTT) and the Indian Society for Trenchless Technology (IndSTT), our project-based collaborations with universities, and our support of dissertations, we stay up-to-date with manufacturing technology advancements. In our own technical center, we implement the knowledge gained and develop new SOLTA®LINER solutions in collaboration with our customers.
Strong Partnership.
Our high-quality standards apply not only to the ready-to-impregnate liner and the production process but also to its practical application. Therefore, we only work with highly qualified and quality-oriented rehabilitation companies. Through our cross-partner quality management system, we support the testing of joint developments. These longstanding partnerships with product users lead to secure and sustainable rehabilitation results.
Extensive Experience.
With SOLTA®LINER solutions, over seven million meters of pipelines have already been permanently rehabilitated worldwide. This is a clear indication that we consistently meet the high demands of the market. We were the first to successfully certify the production of rehabilitation liners, from fiber to ready-to-impregnate liner, according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Safety First: SOLTA®LINER is Earthquake Resistant!
When it comes to needle-felt liners for trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, certain technical aspects are essential. One of these requirements is that the products must be earthquake resistant.
Following the devastating earthquakes in Japan in 2011, numerous pipelines rehabilitated with our liners in Sendai were inspected to assess their condition. The results aimed to provide insights into the suitability of the liners and gather knowledge for the future.
The extensive investigations yielded a highly positive result: The tested SOLTA®LINER products showed no signs of damage, demonstrating their earthquake resistance.
